These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Soracin website at soracin.io ("Site") and the purchase and use of any digital products ("Products") offered by Soracin ("we", "our", "us"), operated by its founder from Sri Lanka.
By accessing the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase any Products.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is made via email or a secure download link following confirmed payment.
Upon purchase of the Soracin Cloud Boilerplate, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the code in an unlimited number of commercial projects you own or control. You may not:
You may use the boilerplate as the foundation for client projects, internal tools, and commercial SaaS products without royalty obligations.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is processed via our third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued or the product has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us at hello@soracin.io within 14 days of purchase.
All content on the Site, including the Soracin Validation Framework, written content, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Soracin. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the boilerplate code will be error-free, that it will meet your specific requirements, or that it will be compatible with all third-party services.
The Soracin Validation Framework is educational in nature. We make no guarantee that following the framework will result in a successful product, business, or investment outcome. Results will vary based on market conditions, execution, and factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soracin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account or by posting a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site or Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
